Our Mission
The iRise Foundation is dedicated to taking action towards adolescents’ health and well-being by providing mentorship and leadership opportunities. We pride ourselves on offering educational and interactive programs and events throughout the year, aiming to uplift and empower youth.
Who We Serve
We focus on second chance youths in the foster care system, those aging out of foster care, incarcerated youth, and youth coming out of incarceration. Our goal is to provide individualized and community resources and support to guide adolescents in graduating from high school, gaining employment, and accessing educational programming and health and wellness services.
Our Programs
iRise Foundation’s impact is driven by four core pillars:
Leadership Programs
Our leadership programs are designed to equip youth with essential leadership skills, fostering their ability to lead by example and make positive decisions. Through workshops, interactive activities, and guest speakers, we inspire young leaders to take initiative and drive positive change in their communities.
Neighborhood Hero's Mentorship Program
The mission of the Neighborhood Hero’s Mentorship program is to support and promote volunteer advocacy for youth and young adults, helping them build self-confidence, gain valuable skills, and lead happy, productive lives. We provide one-on-one support and guidance through our caring, trained mentors. This program focuses on giving youth a second chance through consistent, reliable mentorship.
Health and Wellness Programs
We understand the importance of holistic well-being. Our health and wellness programs focus on mental, emotional, and physical health. We offer activities such as mindfulness meditation, fitness challenges, and nutritional education to promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle among our youth.
Mindset & Empowerment Coaching
This service assists individuals with challenges such as time management, academics, developing boundaries, bullying, self-esteem, and more. The coaching aims to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.
